"Completely changed how I shop for groceries. I had no idea how many products I was buying that were actually working against my body."
Jane B. -
"Tried the fasting methods and alkaline herbs for two weeks. More energy, clearer head, better sleep. I've read dozens of health guides and most are filler. This one is just straight answers. Worth every penny."
Julian W. -
"Got this after reading The Suppressed Sacred Knowledge. It made perfect sense as a next step. The book teaches you what your body really is. This guide teaches you how to take care of it. They belong together."

About The Book
About The Book
We live in a world that profits from your confusion about health. Supermarket shelves are designed to mislead. Labels use words that sound natural but mean nothing. Products marketed as healthy are often doing more damage than the ones you already know are bad. The Health Book exists to end that confusion permanently.
This comprehensive digital guide is built to give you complete clarity on what the human body truly needs — and what it needs you to stop consuming immediately. It covers every category that impacts your daily health: the right fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, oils, and mushrooms to build your diet around, and the specific ones to cut out entirely. But it goes far beyond basic nutrition.
Inside you'll discover alkaline herbs that restore your body's natural balance without relying on pharmaceuticals. You'll learn fasting methods designed to reset your system from the inside out — not trendy intermittent fasting, but real methods rooted in how the body actually heals itself when given the chance. You'll find natural techniques for improving and protecting your eyesight, something almost no mainstream health guide even addresses.
Perhaps most importantly, this guide transforms how you shop. Every trip to the store becomes an intentional act of self-care rather than a gamble. You'll know exactly what belongs in your body and why — and you'll recognize the products that have no place there, no matter how they're packaged.
For readers of The Suppressed Sacred Knowledge, this guide is the natural next step. The book reveals the sacred architecture of your body — your glands, your spine, your cerebrospinal fluid, your energetic systems. The Health Book shows you how to protect and nourish that architecture daily. Together they form a complete system for understanding and maintaining the only temple you will ever truly own.
This is not a trend. Not a fad diet. Not a 30-day challenge. It's a permanent reference manual for anyone who has decided to take their health seriously.
About The Author
About The Author
I'm Lawrence K. Morgan. It isn't the name I was born with.
Before I tell you why, I want you to know where I come from.
As a child, I learned early that home isn't always a safe place. I learned to read a room before I stepped into it, and to go quiet so I wouldn't be noticed. School gave me no escape. There I was the one they chose to laugh at and push around, the one who walked home alone. For years I carried a question I couldn't say out loud: what is wrong with me?
Then, just as I was becoming a young man, my father died. Something in our home went silent that never came back. My mother and I were left with almost nothing. I watched her fight every day just to keep us going, and I learned what it means to go without, and to pretend you don't mind.
I had no money, no protection, and no one coming to save me. What I did have was my mind, and I held on to it like a rope in dark water. I studied as if my life depended on it, because in a way it did. I graduated from school with honors. Then I earned a degree in engineering, also with honors. For the first time, I believed I had escaped. I thought I had built a life strong enough that the past couldn't reach me.
Then I nearly died.
I won't pretend I can fully describe what I experienced in those moments. Words are too small for it. What I can tell you is this: everything I had been chasing fell away, and what was left was more real than anything I had ever known. For the first time in my life I wasn't afraid. I came back a different person, with one burning question: what was that, and why did no one ever tell me?
From that day, I gave my life to finding the answer. For years I spent around eight hours a day studying ancient texts, esoteric teachings, and spiritual traditions from every corner of the world. Slowly, a truth I hadn't expected began to appear. The Hermetic writings, the hidden layers of the Bible, the Eastern masters, and the mystery schools of the ancient world were all describing the very thing I had touched. Different languages, different centuries, the same light.
I wrote it all down for myself. It was my map, my way of making sense of a life that had begun in so much pain. I never meant for anyone else to read it. But when I shared it with a few friends, something happened that I didn't expect. They gave it to the people they loved, and those people passed it on again. Without any plan of mine, the book found its own way into the world, carried from hand to hand.
So why do I hide my face?
Because I've seen what fame does to spiritual teaching. So many teachers today want to be seen. They want their faces on every screen and their names on every page, until the message becomes about them. I refuse that. I chose to stay hidden, the same way the wise teachers of ancient Egypt and Greece often did. For them, the lesson mattered, not the one who taught it. When people start worshiping the messenger, the message dies.
My story is only the road that brought me here. The truth in this book was never mine. It was waiting for me, the same way it is waiting for you.
So please, don't look for me in these pages.
Look for yourself.
